Ingredients:
- 1 (8-10 lb) bone-in ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Whole cloves for studding
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
- Score ham in diamond pattern, stud with cloves
- Place ham in roasting pan with rack
- Mix honey, butter, brown sugar, mustard, and spices
- Brush ham with glaze mixture
- Bake for 2-3 hours, basting every 30 minutes
- Let rest 20 minutes before serving
