Cranberry Sauce

🧂 Ingredients

  • 340g fresh cranberries
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 240ml water
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Pinch of salt

📝 Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and remove any damaged ones
  2. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to boil
  3. Add cranberries, orange zest, and cinnamon
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes
  5. Berries will pop and sauce will thicken
  6. Remove cinnamon stick
  7. Cool completely before serving
💡 TIP: Make this up to 3 days ahead and store in the fridge. It will continue to thicken as it cools!
