🧂 Ingredients
- 340g fresh cranberries
- 200g granulated sugar
- 240ml water
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Pinch of salt
📝 Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and remove any damaged ones
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to boil
- Add cranberries, orange zest, and cinnamon
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Berries will pop and sauce will thicken
- Remove cinnamon stick
- Cool completely before serving
💡 TIP: Make this up to 3 days ahead and store in the fridge. It will continue to thicken as it cools!
